General terms of business of INFINITE LIBERO Ltd., represented by the Managing Director Mr. Robert Henc, Konscica 91, 10435 Samobor, Croatia

1. Applicability
Our general terms of business govern the contractual relation with you as our customer. Any diverging customers`conditions will not be accepted and are therefore not valid.

2. Contract Formation
We consider your order to be legally binding and are free to accept your order and enter into contractual relation by transmitting an order confirmation, also via e-mail, or delivering the ordered items within 2 weeks after we received your order.

3. Contract Cancellation
According to the croatia civil code you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 2 weeks of delivery. As a consequence you are not bound by your order in case you cancel the contract within 2 weeks after you received the items ordered. You are not required to give reasons for the cancellation, (nevertheless we would appreciate to learn about your reasons) and declare the cancellation in written form (e.g. by letter, card, fax, e-mail) or by sending back the item(s) without further notice to INFINITE LIBERO Ltd., Konscica 91, 10435 Samobor, Croatia

To meet the 2-weeks-deadline it is sufficient to declare the cancellation, respectively handing over the items to the post. In case of cancellation, you are obliged to return the items; we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item(s).

You have no right to cancel the contract in case - the items have been produced exclusively according to your individual orders or are meant to fit your personal requirements or are not suitable for a return due to their nature. - of the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

Please return the items including the original invoice. Lingerie sets and product sets are to be returned completely. Please note that you will have to bear the costs of returning the items to us in case their price is below € 30,- unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

4. Price Change, Availlability
The prices in our actual mailorder offer include tax; the costs for delivery will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to change prices. Furthermore we are free to refuse orders as well as not to fulfill orders in case of non-availlability of the item ordered. If this should arise, we will inform you immediately and refund received payments.

5. Payment, Delivery Charges
You can effect payment in advance or in cash at delivery. Additionally we charge the actual costs of handling and delivery rates as indicated on the order form.

6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Regardless of the cancellation period, the goods delivered remain our property until complete payment has been effected.

7. Defective Items
In case of defective items please contact our service department or send the package with the defective item to our adress mentionned above and we will take remedial action immediately. In case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault, return the defective item in the original box with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories as well as the original invoice. Please make sure that the package is wrapped securely and that you pay the necessary postal charge. In case the item is defective we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item as well as your costs in returning the defective item to us. For your sake, we recommend to keep the sending confirmation.

8. Governing Law
These terms of business and any contracts concluded hereunder shall be governed, interpreted, construed und enforced in all respects under croatian law.
